Our tiny cabins will make you feel like you're the only one in the world, surrounded by peaceful serenity. Escape and savour the moment! You will experience a unparalleled well-being.

Our cabins include electricity and running water. The kitchenette is equiped so that you only need to bring food or special cooking ustensils if needed. There are small equipment necessary for cooking as well as a Keurig coffee machine (4 coffee capsules provided). Each tiny cabins has a balcony with a view of the river as well as a charging station for electric cars. *Photos below: signature concept.

Policies

Reservation policy:

Double occupancy only. Our tiny-cabins are desgined to accomodate a maximum of 2 people at the time.
The person responsible of the rental must be 18 years and older.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
It is possible to reserve spa services (thermal experience and/or massage therapy) in addition to the tiny-cabins reservation, subject to availability. For the thermal experience, it is possible to book it directly online when completing the reservation. For massage therapy treatments, please call at the spa reception (450 827-8555) fore more information. Please note that the minimum age required for the thermal experience is 16 years old.
Arrival: between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.* If it is not possible for you to be there before 6 p.m., please contact us beforehand and the access code will be sent to you by e-mail.
Departure: the tiny-cabin must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Our tiny-cabins are non-smoking areas and pets are not allowed.

Cancellation or postponement policy:

Any request for postponement or cancellation must be made by e-mail to the following address: reservation@spafranklin.com. Our team will then contact you to follow up.
Reservations may be cancelled or postponed up to 7 days before the arrival date, subject only to the fees listed below. After this deadline, no refunds to cancel or credit will be issued.
A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any cancellation.
A fee of $25.00 $ will be charged for any postponement.
No cancellations will be refunded in the event of bad road conditions or bad weather.
